Som Facility Manager blir du en nyckelperson i leveransen av fastighetsrelaterade tjänster mot en verksamhet med höga krav på kvalitet, säkerhet och tillgänglighet. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att leverantörer levererar enligt avtal och att fastigheterna fungerar optimalt utifrån verksamhetens behov. Rollen har fokus på hårda FM-tjänster såsom byggunderhåll, larm, ventilation och andra tekniska fastighetsfunktioner.

Du blir en del av AFRYs FM-verksamhet och arbetar nära både leverantörer och verksamheten för att säkerställa en välfungerande fastighetsförvaltning. Du arbetar mestadels från kontoret men i tjänsten ingår även dagsresor till olika siter i mellansverige.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

• Samordna och följa upp leverantörer inom teknisk fastighetsdrift och underhåll
• Följa upp leveranser, kostnader och beställningar
• Hantera arbetsordrar och ärenden i affärssystem
• Genomföra platsbesök och säkerställa efterlevnad av arbetsmiljökrav och myndighetskrav
• Vara en operativ kontaktperson gentemot verksamheten
• Identifiera förbättringsområden och säkerställa att rätt åtgärder genomförs

• Har ca tre års erfarenhet inom Facility Management, fastighetsförvaltning eller liknande område
• Har erfarenhet av administrativ fastighetsförvaltning, strategisk förvaltning eller portföljledning
• Har eftergymnasial utbildning inom fastighetsförvaltning, bygg, fastighet eller närliggande område
• Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
• Har B-körkort
• Kan genomgå säkerhetsprövning enligt gällande krav

• Högskoleutbildning inom relevant område
• Erfarenhet från kärnkraftsindustrin
• Erfarenhet från processindustri eller tillverkningsindustri

Your daily tasks
