Assignment Description
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus
What You Will Work On
- Develop and operate scalable backend services using Java
- Build integration services and APIs
- Develop routing services connecting customer support systems
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Design distributed and scalable platform services
- Build capabilities supporting AI-driven and human-assisted customer interactions
- Contribute to a standardized customer data model
- Work with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Develop applications using Next.js
- Work with SSR, SSG, routing and data-fetching patterns
- Ensure production-grade performance, security and observability
- Implement automated testing and integration testing
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams
- Contribute to technical architecture and platform decisions
- Take ownership and drive solutions independently
What You Bring
- Strong experience developing backend applications with Java
- Hands-on experience with GCP
- Strong experience with system integrations, APIs and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of service-to-service communication
- Experience with React
- Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js
- Understanding of SSR, SSG, routing and data-fetching patterns
- Experience building production-grade applications
- Strong understanding of performance, security and observability
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest
- Experience with React Testing Library
- Experience with integration and component testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing requirements
