We are looking for a dedicated and passionate person for our specialized foundation construction project in Gothenburg
Site Manager (m/f/x)
Your tasks:
- Track and document project quantities, cost, variations, and progress against contract
- Coordinating work schedules of the joint venture and sub-contractor activities and manage deliveries to site
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to identify and mitigate quality or schedule risks
- Consolidate QA/QC topics, assist with document control and submittals to client
- Conduct site inspections for risk and hazard identification
- Preparation of safety documentation and associated reporting
- Support interim payment certification processes
Your profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a site-based role covering quality control and/or quantity surveying on construction projects
- Familiarity with site inspection, non-conformance procedures, and handover/close-out documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English (spoken and written); French language skills are a plus
- Based on site in Gothenburg, Sweden
