Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead commercial management activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary commercial interface towards:
- Customers
- Partners
- Suppliers
- Financial institutions
- Insurance providers
- Internal stakeholders
- Manage project profitability and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial requirements
- Support successful delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects
- Drive project cash flow management and financial planning
- Manage project risks and commercial opportunities
- Lead claim management and contract administration activities
- Coordinate commercial activities with technical project management teams
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Support project financing activities where applicable
- Manage:
- Financial guarantees
- Taxes
- Insurance matters
- Currency hedging
- Contractual obligations
- Contribute to strategic decision-making throughout project execution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure governance, compliance, and commercial best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Economics
- Commerce
- Related field
- Experience as a Commercial Project Manager within:
- Energy
- Infrastructure
- Industrial projects
- Engineering projects
- Experience managing commercial aspects of complex projects
- Strong understanding of contract management and project economics
- Experience working with project risks, claims, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to balance commercial, financial, and operational priorities
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in international and multicultural environments
- Experience handling high-pressure project situations
