Centrumledaren är oftast anställd av ett köpcentrum för att utveckla handeln i centrumet. Genom marknadsföringsarbete och olika evenemang arbetar centrumledaren för att göra köpcentrumet attraktivt och konkurrenskraftigt i kundernas ögon. Centrumledaren är också med och tar strategiska beslut för hur köpcentrumet ska utvecklas.
Du arbetar bland annat med att stärka varumärken, dvs sätter in olika åtgärder för att det ska fortsätta utvecklas och vara intressant för konsumenter.
Arbetet kan också handla om att sköta om centrumet och se till så att allt fungerar. Du har mycket kontakt med människor i arbetet och har varierande arbetsuppgifterna.
På gymnasiet är det lämpligt att läsa Handels- och administrationsprogrammet eller på Ekonomiprogrammet. Det finns även högskoleutbildningar inom marknadsföring och ekonomi på flera orter i Sverige. Relevanta utbildningar kan också finnas inom Yrkeshögskolan.

As our Industry Strategy Lead, your mission is to define, evolve, and own Vend Advertising's overarching BFSI strategy across the Nordics. Your work serves as the vital bridge between customer needs and our organizational roadmap.You will act as an outside-in advisor by gathering marketplace intelligence, mapping market trends, and analyzing competitive movements. You will turn these insights into compelling, goal-aligned commercial narratives, playbooks, and value propositions that clearly demonstrate business impact to our clients.You will work cross-functional, partnering directly with regional Sales and Commercial Success teams to shape key account strategies, facilitate customer workshops, and participate in executive-level strategic engagements. Furthermore, you will act as an internal consultant for Product Managers, feeding field feedback and regulatory challenges directly back into product development.
Product Managers remain responsible for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, feature development, and scalable product execution across industries and customer segments.
The challenge to turn into an opportunity!The BFSI landscape is tightly regulated, and clients increasingly expect effect-first, transaction-tied outcomes over passive impressions. Your challenge will be to take a fragmented ecosystem and establish Vend as an indispensable, high-intent media house for automotive financing, mortgages, and insurance.
